A lawyer and consultant with over 30 years' experience in 27 foreign countries concentrating in most aspects of international trade/investment law and policy, with recognized specialization in (1) the GATT/WTO framework, (2) Foreign Direct Investment, and (3) Regional Economic Integration and Trade Arrangements. Designated a Consultant/Expert in "Legal Aspects of Foreign Trade" by the UNCTAD/WTO International Trade Centre, Geneva and a Visiting Lecturer in "GATT/WTO Law & Practice" by the International Development Law Institute in Rome.
